Since 1987 the Western Switzerland Lammergeier Network has collected nearly 4300 sightings of Breade vulture in the cantons of Valais, Vaud, Fribourg and Bern. You are invited to join the network by sending your sightings via the web site of the Centrale ornithologique romande www.ornitho.ch (registration required). Your sightings will be automatically transmitted and updated on the site of the Lammergeier Network (some sightings have been hidden to avoid disturbance of the birds). It is also possible to send in your sightings by telephone, fax or e-mail (see contacts). Do not forget to provide your contact details. All observers will automatically become members of the network and will receive regular updates concerning the project.
